When I say, "cold closing" people automatically think along the lines of cold calling or telemarketing or something like that. Mostly, I get, "You must be some sort of sales guru", or "You must love cold calling". Neither is true... Cold Closing is a concept I came up with that hangs the whole philosophy of sales on one simple idea; successful sales is about making successful connections.
